  • Removed wall to open kitchen to family room and replaced kitchen

  • Sprayed over bathroom and splashback tiles and upgraded fittings

  • Completed much needed maintenance and removed rubbish

  • Installed built-ins and full internal paint
    Result:  Rented after first inspection with a 31% increase in weekly rent
